- Kimberley has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2002. As a graduate of Kine Concept Institute for Massage Therapy and Research, she is founder and owner of Serene Physique and Serene Workforce. She is an active member of the CMTNB. She has a wealth of experience healing soft tissue conditions of the body.

RMT, MMQ (China)
and in Eastern Wellness Therapy. Arlene is a graduate of Sutherland Chan
School & Teaching Clinic and has extensive administrative experience with
the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, with the Ontario Massage
Therapist Association, and with various educational institutions providing
massage therapy programs.
Arlene is thrilled to be part of the Serene Physique team, after moving to
Saint John in 2020 and transferring her RMT license to New Brunswick.
She will be offering Massage Therapy with an Eastern twist at Serene
starting May 2021! Choose from Aroma Spa Therapy, Acupressure
Therapy, Eastern Wellness Therapy, or Medical Qigong Therapy.
Arlene is passionate about her life’s work. She loves to integrate Eastern &
Western theory and modalities to find the right balance to meet your

- Manning graduated with honors from Eastern College here in Saint John an Accredited institution this past year. He's always been fascinated with anatomy and looks forward to share his extensive knowledge on the human body to help improve symptoms of those aches and pains. Manning has experience with various techniques from relaxion to deep pressure, hydro therapy, and pregnancy massage. Manning looks forward to continuing his education with additional modalities to further enhance his skills to improve his client's quality of life.

Concordia University’s Athletic Therapy program in 2015 and added Massage Therapy to her tool belt in
2021 to increase her hands on skills. She focuses her treatments on manual therapy and is dedicated to
injury rehabilitation/prevention through posture correction, core strengthening, and improving
movement patterns. She believes that the key to providing the best treatment possible is through a
thorough and complete history and assessment of every individual, followed by an active and
personalized rehabilitation program. Imogen loves a good puzzle and is enthusiastic about helping
people who have “tried everything” and their pain still bothers them. - Candace, a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist, exemplifies unwavering commitment to others' well-being. With compassion and affinity for problem-solving, she tailors each session to individual needs. Beyond the treatment room, she finds solace in nature with her family and beloved animals. Continuously evolving, Candace strives to better serve her clients, viewing massage therapy as her vocation to enrich lives and foster well-being.

When I went into serene today for my massage I had a great deal of difficulty to walk. I had a lot of pain in my lower spine and where it connected to my hip bone the pain was incredible. kimberly was able to locate the source of the pain and with her very knowledgeable hands and skill set she was able to relieve that pain for me. I'm looking forward to a good night's sleep. thank you Kimberly I certainly never hesitate to recommend you to all my friends and to anyone who needs your help.

Manning to my rescue once again. I could hardly walk as my left leg felt so very heavy and I could hardly lift it. I also suffered from severe cramping. He gave some tips to clear it up. I will have a nice warm bath and go to bed early and I'm sure to wake up refreshed tomorrow. I highly recommend Manning and all the Serene Team.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ massage therapy with Candace. She was excellent with reading the proper amount of pressure for my comfort and it’s been a long time since I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep on the table which I did today… she’s new there and she’s fantastic. Book her before she’s booked solid with regulars, she will be and will be one of them!
