Cranial Sacral - 60 Minutes

1 hr$127.50

*Please note if this is your first Cranial Sacral treatment, a 90 Minute treatment is recommended for best results.*
Jules starts by going over your case history form together so she can ask you questions about your past experiences and any outcomes you’re wanting to move towards.

From then you have all of your clothes on and you will sit, then lay comfortably on the massage bed. From this point on Jules tunes into your body to ‘listen’ to what is wanting to be noticed first. From there she trusts your body to guide the experience.

Often she will ask you questions about what you’re noticing (multi sensory awareness) and feeling as well as mentioning when your body has released something.

Jules work as a Cranial Sacral practitioner is exemplary. If you suffer chronic pain issues, and have an understanding of the multidimensional nature of healing and wholeness, Jules is equipped to do deep work with you. Very highly recommend.

Justin was excellent! Great technique and very good at finding the trouble areas. I had a very comfortable first experience, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Zero complaints 😁

It was my first time having a therapeutic massage with Olivia, and I could tell the difference right away. I have bruxism, so I clench my teeth while sleeping, but this morning there was no pain and almost no tension. I will come back for sure!
