For your session, please come hydrated and wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Your first visit typically lasts 60-90 minutes and includes a review of your health history, a gentle spinal assessment, and your treatment.
After your session, it's important to give yourself space to settle, reflect and process. Drink plenty of water, nourish your body. Move gently and allow yourself time to rest if needed.

*Please note  if this is your first Cranial Sacral treatment, a 90 Minute treatment is recommended for best results.*   
Jules starts by going over your case history form together so she can ask you questions about your past experiences and any outcomes you’re wanting to move towards. 

From then you have all of your clothes on and you will sit, then lay comfortably on the massage bed. From this point on Jules tunes into your body to ‘listen’ to what is wanting to be noticed first. From there she trusts your body to guide the experience. 

Often she will ask you questions about what you’re noticing (multi sensory awareness) and feeling as well as mentioning when your body has released something.

Spinal Flow Technique (SFT) is a gentle, science-based, holistic healing modality developed by chiropractor Dr. Carli Axford. It works with the spine and nervous system that can help release stored physical, emotional, and chemical stress that may have built up over time and contributed to pain, tension, illness, and imbalance in the body.

Through a light, intentional touch on specific access points along the spine the nervous system is supported in shifting out of fight, flight, or freeze and into a state of rest and digest. When the body feels safe it can begin to unwind and access its' natural capacity to heal.
