Jules starts by going over your case history form together so she can ask you questions about your past experiences and any outcomes you’re wanting to move towards. 

From then you have all of your clothes on and you will sit, then lay comfortably on the massage bed. From this point on Jules tunes into your body to ‘listen’ to what is wanting to be noticed first. From there she trusts your body to guide the experience. 

Often she will ask you questions about what you’re noticing (multi sensory awareness) and feeling as well as mentioning when your body has released something.

This hands-on modality uses gentle yet deep-reaching direct finger pressure on acu-points to release tension, reduce pain, increase self-awareness and re-establish energetic balance. IAT is a fusion of massage therapy, Chinese energetic medicine and essential oils.

Ancient Akabane

Athletic Therapy can help anyone from high level athletes, to
office workers, to children, and anyone in between. Imogen will use a
combination of manual therapy techniques, posture correction, and
targeted/personalized exercises to improve your movement patterns,
ultimately reducing your pain and rehabilitating your injury.  Your
initial appointment will consist of a thorough assessment of your injury
and current state followed by treatment.  Each follow up treatment will
build on the last, including some exercise "homework" to reinforce what
was done in the clinic that day.
