Spinal Flow Technique (SFT) is a gentle, science-based, holistic healing modality developed by chiropractor Dr. Carli Axford. It works with the spine and nervous system that can help release stored physical, emotional, and chemical stress that may have built up over time and contributed to pain, tension, illness, and imbalance in the body.

Through a light, intentional touch on specific access points along the spine the nervous system is supported in shifting out of fight, flight, or freeze and into a state of rest and digest. When the body feels safe it can begin to unwind and access its' natural capacity to heal.

I have been having legs cramps and tingling feet, which feel like my feet are cold, but they are not.So I figured it must be a little circulation issue. I do exercise quite a bit with hiking and walking my dog 3 times a day, but I needed help.So I told my therapist ( Olivia) what my issues were and she went right to work on my legs and calves. Well, after only one session, my legs have never felt better and my feet are not as tingling as before. If I have any more issues, I definitely know where I will be going, thanks Olivia for your expertise and knowledge.
