Spinal Flow Technique (SFT) is a gentle, science-based, holistic healing modality developed by chiropractor Dr. Carli Axford. I have been having legs cramps and tingling feet, which feel like my feet are cold, but they are not.So I figured it must be a little circulation issue. I do exercise quite a bit with hiking and walking my dog 3 times a day, but I needed help.So I told my therapist ( Olivia) what my issues were and she went right to work on my legs and calves. Well, after only one session, my legs have never felt better and my feet are not as tingling as before. If I have any more issues, I definitely know where I will be going, thanks Olivia for your expertise and knowledge.
