Spinal Flow Technique (SFT) is a gentle, science-based, holistic healing modality developed by chiropractor Dr. Carli Axford. It works with the spine and nervous system that can help release stored physical, emotional, and chemical stress that may have built up over time and contributed to pain, tension, illness, and imbalance in the body.

After a week of having quite possibIy the worst cold, endless coughing and sneezing left my body aching and sore. I decided to go in today for a massage with Olivia and it was the best decision made. She worked on my troubled areas and found knots and areas of tension that I wasn't even aware of and got to work on those too.
